I almost got involved in a similar scam by axiomrealtycapital.com in St.George with Warms Springs and Steeple Chase projects.
I invested with Axiom Realty Capital. So did a family member. So did at least 45 other people I know. WE WERE ALL VICTIMS OF FRAUD. DO - NOT - INVEST - WITH - AXIOM REALTY CAPITAL. They are running a fraud game.
Please continue writing on this subject, we believe that there is a large number of people who have been defrauded by Axiom.

OMG!! Axiom realty capital tried to get me into the St. George scam too!! They even wanted me to take a loan to pre-fund the construction.
STAY AWAY FROM AXIOM REALTY CAPITAL. These guys are a bunch of crooks!

I also invested with AXIOM REALTY CAPITAL in 2006. And again in two other projects (one in Fla, one it Idaho) - Florida appears to be coming up (and I actually have heard from, directly, the Developers), Idaho, is no longer on the Axiom site and I can get no info, response or paperwork from ARC.
My original project (2 Units) with them, I am now told, a year later, did not get funded AND we will not send your investment money back to you …… can get no answers, responses to calls-emails // and ARC seems to be losing, changing (inc the CEO) employees on a daily basis ……….
If you are trying to get money back from Wade Sleater then you may want to file your complaint with the state as soon as you can because you’re already falling behind others: LIKE THE IRS

What is being done about Sundance Homes? There are hundreds of subcontractors owed millions of dollars and Sundance is still building new homes! How have they been getting away with this? The utah lien law’s don’t protect the subs because Sundance homes doesn’t go through bank closing’s. They rent to own!! What ever you do. Don’t do any work for Sundance with out getting paied first!
